What is Circle of Grace?

Once the Training has been completed, parent/guardians are required to fill out a form to verify that they have finished the training at home with their children, which will be turned in to the parish office for review. It is necessary to complete the training as soon as possible and no later than the first month of CCE classes, (Due September 26, 2021).

Parents who wish to opt-out of teaching their children the Circle of Grace training, must write a letter regarding their decision to be sent to the office as soon as possible.

Una vez que se haya completado la capacitacion, los padres/ tutores deben completar un formulario para verificar que hayan terminado la capacitacion en casa con sus hijos, que se entregara a la oficina de la parroquia para su revision. Es necesario completar lo mas antes posible y a mas tardar el primer mes de Catecismo, (hasta el 26 de Septiembre del 2021). 

Los padres que deseen optar por no enseñar a sus hijos la capacitacion del Circulo de Gracia, deben escribir una carta con respecto a su decision que se enviara a la oficina lo mas antes posible.

EDGE

What is EDGE?
EDGE is a Catholic middle school youth ministry program. It provides a safe, fun place for youth to find solid Catholic community, to get answers to their questions about faith, and, most importantly, to experience Jesus in a profound and personal way. EDGE resources speak to the physical, psychological, cognitive, relational, and spiritual maturation of middle school youth. EDGE resources make it easier for youth ministers to plan out their semesters of EDGE Night, retreats, and to train a team of adults, the Core Team, to assist them in the ministry. The resources present Catholic teaching in a way that young people can understand.

This means that youth minsters get to spend less time at the desk and more time reaching out to youth. Edge provides many resources and support to help youth ministers reach out to parents and to connect with the families of middle school youth. Edge also connects youth ministers to a veteran team of youth ministers to assist them as well as providing ample opportunities for training. Edge answers the needs of this age group in a catechetical, fun, and relevant way and provides a foundation for youth to continue onto Life Teen. Edge is a great asset to any youth ministry program, as it answers the unique needs of this age group while providing deeply impactful resources.

What is Life Teen?
Life Teen is a youth ministry movement within the Roman Catholic Church, leading teenagers and their families into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church.
Teenagers today are a lot different than teenagers from 20, 10, or even five years ago. As teen culture changes and evolves, the way we present the timeless truth of the Catholic faith needs to evolve, as well. Life Support resources are responsive, innovative, and engaging tools that empower a team of Catholic adults to accompany young people as disciples. Whether you have large group gatherings, small group ministry, or a mix of both.
Life Teen provides the parish with unique resources for youth ministers, such as Thematic Discussions, Issue & Social Life Nights, Retreat information, Training videos & blogs available in English & Spanish that youth & parents can access online.
