This Video presents one of our esteemed Lectors in our Church, Ms. Shereen Yusuff, and how St. Mother Teresa got involved in her conversion to Catholicism.

For all who are interested in joining the Liturgy Ministry as a Lector or an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, we ask that you read the following guidelines to know if you are eligible to serve.

How do I become a Lector or Minister of Holy Communion?
1. Must complete the Safe Environment Training required by the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston through the Catholic Mutual Group Connect website, please follow the link below to access the CMG Connect portal. This training has to have the background check included, all other types of training modules shown are optional and available if you wish to complete them as well.

2. Sign a Code of Conduct and Usage of Wi-Fi Agreement Form for the parish office records.

3. Contact the Liturgy director to schedule an appointment to confirm the Safe Envirment training and verify good standing to be eligible.

A todos los que esten interesados en convertirse en Lectores o Ministros de Eucaristia, les pedimos que lean las siguientes guias para saber si son elegibles para servir en la parroquia en el Ministerio Liturgico.

Como puedo convertirme en Lector o Ministro de Eucaristia?
1. Tiene que completar el entrenamiento de ambientes seguros requerido por la Diocesis de Galveston-Houston por parte del grupo de Catholic Mutual en linea. Al seguir el enlace de abajo, lo llevara a la pagina del grupo de Catholic Mutual. Este entrenamiento debe de incluir una verificacion de antecedentes, todos los otros entrenamientos sugeridos son opcionales y completamente disponibles a tomarlos a su discrecion.

2. Llenar y entregar los formularios de acuerdo del Codigo de Conducta y del Uso de el Internet de la parroquia para los archivos de la oficina.

3. Puede contactar al Director de Liturgia para hacer una cita y verificar su entrenamiento de Ambientes seguros y que sea elegible.
