Who can rent the Hall?
Registered groups and ministries belonging to our church, and registered Active members of our Church (for at least a year) can rent the Hall for events. An appointment must be set in the office to overview the information, contract, rules and expectations.
Dates & Times
The hall availability is dependent on the office and CCE Calendar. No dates can be set without first setting an appointment in the office, contract and deposit. Only 1 hour before the event begins is allowed for set up and decorating. 1 hour of breakdown to clean after the event. No Holidays or Days of Obligation, Sunday or Monday functions allowed.
What kind of events can be held in the Parish Hall?
The Parish Hall is for the use of Faith Formation and our Community. Events such as Birthdays, Baby showers, Baptisms, First Communions, Confirmations, Quinceañera/Sweet 16, Weddings/Wedding Anniversary and Funeral Rosary/Receptions are welcome, all other events will be reviewed case by case.
A Maximum of 200 guests is permitted.
How much does it Cost for the use of the Facilities?
Expectations
Request the desired date at least a month (30 days) in advance to schedule it in the calendar. No same week requests.
No third party rentals are allowed.
Hall Rental Forms must be filled out in the Office for the event and is subject to Father's approval.
No email or call registrations will be permitted to reserve a date.
The full amount must be paid 1 week prior to the event.
The deposit is refundable if the event is canceled 3 weeks before the desired date.
Postponing the event is allowed, but only upon availability.
Dates cannot be moved more than 2 times.
If there is no communication, full payment of the event or the lessee does not fulfill the safety requirements for the serving of alcohol, the event will be canceled without a refund.
No overnight events are allowed past 11 pm (this includes cleaning time). If the hall is not cleared by time agreed and violates the city ordinances, if fines are applied to property, the lessee will be held responsible to pay those fees.

Who Cleans? Can I hire someone to clean?
Every lessee/organizer/planner is responsible to take care of the Hall following the Rental Agreement. No outside cleaning crews are allowed. Event needs will be reviewed during the set appointment.
How late can we stay?
All Hall rentals are only until 11 pm, including cleaning time, no exceptions. Any time exceeding what was agreed upon before the event will be held accountable and any violations in accordance to City Regulations if fines are applied.
Can I have a Decorator?
Yes, rules and guidelines will be provided on set appointment. Decorations are welcome, however, No tape, tacks or adhesives are allowed on the walls or floors; in case of damage, the person listed on rental agreement will be held accountable for those damages.
Can I have live Music/Mariachi/DJ?
Yes, live music is welcome, as long as you follow the Houston Noise Ordinance established by the city. We welcome event planners or organizers for music to look at the space and what we have available before making any arrangements.
Can we use the Kitchen?
Event needs will be discussed during appointment. Catered food will be dealt by individual vendor.
Can I have Alcohol in the event?
For events, Alcohol is permitted, however lessee/organizers/planners must comply to city ordinance to have officers present outside the Parish Hall for Security purposes and are responsible to requesting the officers and pay the fee (if any) personally.
*Proof of security needs to be provided the week of the event, no exceptions.
Any violations regarding the use of alcohol will be the lessee/organizer/planners responsibility and must comply with HPD in case of any accidents or fines.
